E-RELevant 0ddc9b09ae Added @Invariant comments in missing places 
Some of the fields for translation that are not required in translation to other languages (as far as I know) do not contain the appropriate comment, this correction adds the required comment.

L1Q 4f8b4c4917 Widen Video Converter Form to fit translated lines 
- widen the form by 102 pixels
- widen and move some elements accordingly
- change default text for lower/higher video quality to represent real world line lengths in the form builder

Michael Ryan 46c8c4b778 Fixed the following compiler errors and warning. 
* QuickTaskInfoEditForm.cs(57, 124): [CS8107] Feature 'enum generic type constraints' is not available in C# 7.0. Please use language version 7.3 or greater.

* VideoConverterForm.cs(177, 25): [CS0121] The call is ambiguous between the following methods or properties: 'Task.Run<TResult>(Func<TResult>)' and 'Task.Run(Func<Task>)'

* HashCheck.cs(65, 55): [CS0168] The variable 'e' is declared but never used
