This command can be used to view Picarto stats about a certain member
Subcommands
add <account>
Links up the picarto user provided with your discord account
# Note, you can provide just the username, you do not need the full URL
# Also note picarto.com does not exist, you cannot add picarto.com/account
remove
Unlinks the saved picarto user from your discord account
notify
This command adds this server as one that will be notified when you go live
Subcommands
(on|start|yes)
Turns on notifications, if this is on the server's you've provided will be notified when you go live/offline
(off|stop|no)
Turns off notifications
