Note that the setting is currently disable by default: this is to ensure that the behavior of existing installations of uMatrix is not changed. Once version 1.1.14 is widespread, I will enable that setting by default.
Since it's not _always_ desirable to have the content of `<noscript>` tags to be rendered, that setting can be overridden on a per-site basis using the per-scope _"`<noscript>` tags spoofing"_ switch in the popup panel.
