Eric Tetz	6fdc7cb768	Fix centering, add hotkeys, add zoom to fit. ... Don't zoom during capture. Performance: don't apply ScaleTransform when zoom is 100%. Draw background using SourceCopy rather than SourceOver. Fix scaled centering. Add hotkeys CTRL -, CTRL + to zoom in/out.
